Švyturys-Utenos Alus dates back over 225 years, when the German merchant Jacob Rainecke founded the first industrial brewery – the stock brewery Švyturys in Klaipėda. Over those years Švyturys has grown from a small brewery to the largest beer company in Lithuania, ambitious, active and dynamic participant of almost all beverage markets in the country. The company is recognised for it’s sponsorships of sports, culture and as one of the best employers in Lithuania.
